Does AI submit the daily report automatically?
No. AI can draft a narrative, build structured sections, and run a completeness check, but a user reviews the record, certifies it, and signs before submission.
Can Clerxi build a report from field photos?
Photos can be captured and organized inside the report, and the AI-assisted draft can use the report’s field data. The user still confirms the resulting narrative and sections.
What happens when information is missing?
The pre-submit check identifies findings and can send the user back to the relevant step. Required project rules can also prevent submission until the missing connection is resolved.
Can the report be signed by another project participant?
Clerxi supports the GC submit-time signature and a separate permission-controlled inspector or engineer sign-off path for assigned project participants.
